Food is available from 12noon. Each morning we bake bread to accompany our soup of the day. Our pizza dough is made using imported “00’ flour. We prove the dough slowly over 24 hours. This gentle process helps break down the gluten in the dough, creating a much lighter pizza.
Our menu consists of sourdough pizzas, soup (winter menu) and a choice of healthy salad bowls, all made fresh to order.
