BARTENDER

Part time hours available. (Thurs - Saturday). Shifts available - daytime, evenings & weekends.

We are looking for both full time & part time members of staff to join our team. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given - a passion for delivering quality customer service is a must. There are plenty of progression opportunities for the right person, along with an equal share of all tips and staff perks inc. discounts on food & drinks. We close at 11pm Friday & Saturday, so no late finishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers.

  • Overseeing the front of house orders and waiting staff.

  • Performing check-backs with customers and ensuring lead times for ordering.

  • Completing drinks orders.

  • Mixing cocktails.

  • Making coffees and hot drinks.

  • Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and takeaway.

  • Handling the takeaway service at the window hatch and making sure any extras are prepared.

  • Helping on tables when busy.

  • Keeping the fridges stocked and making sure back bar is fully stocked and tidy.

  • Processing orders on the till, dealing with checks and bills.

Front of House

Part time hours available. (Thurs - Saturday). Shifts available - daytime, evenings & weekends.

We are looking for bubbly front of house people to join our team; ideally with previous experience in a customer service or similar role. However, we will provide training so if you like working with people and are confident and hard working, your application would also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting customers and seating them using our in-house booking system as guidance.

  • Running through how customers now look at menus and order within the covid rules.

  • Taking orders.

  • Delivering drinks and food to the tables.

  • Checking back on customers continuously, keeping in mind that it is table service only.

  • Making coffees and hot drinks when required.

  • Making/preparing desserts.

  • Clearing tables.

  • Helping in pot wash area when required.

  • Throughly clean down tables and set up for the next bookings.

kp - kitchen porter

10 - 16hrs per week, maybe more during busy periods. Need to be flexible to work both mid week & weekends.

16YRS+

We are looking for a KP to join our kitchen team at E.G.G. You must be available to work Thurs/Fri and Sat eves. Start times 5pm / finishing between 9pm / 10pm.

Duties include:

  • Assisting chef in kitchen with all food prep and managing.

  • Pressing pizza bases ready for dressing.

  • Chopping ingredients and storing as needed.

  • Cleaning and clearing throughout service.

  • Pot wash duties/assistance when required.

  • Making up pizza boxes.

  • Room for progression and learning on the job. Full training will be given.

  • Candidates must be over the age of 16.

  • This job would suit a college student wanting kitchen/chef experience. We will also put candidate through food hygiene training and certification.
